What are your hours:
Monday, Wednesday, Friday: 9am-5pm
Tuesday, Thursday: 9am-8pm

Do you accept insurance?
We do not accept insurance; however, we will provide you with a statement each month that you can turn into your insurance company for reimbursement. Please contact your provider to see if your are eligible. We are happy to provide you with any information that can help you in this process.

Do you work with any EAPs?
Yes. We are providers with ComPsych and Mines and Associates.

We are also approved providers with Larimer County Victims Compensation.

How much do services cost?
Prices differ based on the services you're looking for. Contact us directly for more information.

Do you have a sliding fee scale?
Yes. We offer a generous sliding fee scale that is based on household income. Contact us for more information.

What is your cancellation policy?
We require at least 24 hours notice for all appointments except for mediation appointments, which require 72 hours notice. We have this policy in place because we make our appointments weeks in advance and are unable to offer these appointments to other clients without notice. You will be expected to pay in full for your appointment except in cases of emergencies or unless you are able to reschedule within the same week.

Is therapy confidential?
Yes. We apply our confidentiality policy to all of our clients as is required by law and our code of ethics. Exceptions to confidentiality include any threat of harm to yourself or another person or disclosures of such harm/threat of harm including child abuse and/or elder abuse.

Mediation is a confidential process protected under the Colorado Dispute Resolution Act 13-22-301 -313. You may not subpoena our notes or our testimony for any reason should you choose to take your case to court.

Do you accept credit cards?
Yes. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. We also accept PayPal. Payment is due at the time of service.
